Job Description Building Business Sales Manager

Responsibilities : 
  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share
  • To prepare visit planning, to manage the time consume while visiting the customers, 
  • To build on customer / applications data based for customer references, 
  • To provide relevant information and reports
  • To actively promote VVD, Twido and Zelio at consultant, OEM, and end user (seminar,training,product presentation, etc. 
  • To facilitate OEM and end user with try and buy program. 
  • To support and assist HT Distributors (product knowledge, product application,etc ) 
  • To prepare presentation & training material
  • To identify the potential customers and opportunities (analyze tenders/inquiry-price, del time,competition,problems,etc )
  • To coordinate with other teams and HT Distributors ( price,delivery time,etc )
  • To generate offers and secure the orders
  • To follow up orders from customers to distributors
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customer (brickwalling)
  • To understand the needs of HT Distributors and customer
