Job Description Assistant Customer Marketing Manager


The Assistant Customer Marketing Manager is tasked with assisting Customer Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing the customer marketing plan (CMP) for each channel/customer within his/her responsible category by preparing and implementing promotion and activation plan that supports the objectives/message of our brands and the customer.

Also support the development execution of brand/category solutions & activities for Customer/ Channels based on fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights.

Qualification:

- Min Bachelor degree

- Min 2 years experience in similar role from FMCG industry

- Max 35 years old

- Fluent in English

- Min 1 to 2 years Brand Building experience is ideal

- Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal

- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience (relevant in sales and marketing)

- At least 1 to 2 years Account management/ Field Sales experience
