JOB DESCRIPTION
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTEMENT


Position                       :           LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Report to                     :           INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER

Qualification               : -         Male / Female
-         Promoted employee minimum High School
-         New led hired person must be minimum D3 graduate
-         Minimum 1 year experience in similar field
-         Familiar with computer
-         Good communication in English and Indonesian, oral and written

Functions                    : -         To carry out all legal and administration activities implemented well

Scope                          : -         Administering all legal and administration activities

Responsibility             : -         Conducting any legal and officially permitted activities related to
            company
-         Arrange for expatriate and local working permit
-         Collect any proposal permit for each local and expatriate employee
-         Administering for passport and visa need of employee
-         Make all company letters
-         Collecting transfer proposal from each department
-         Make a official letter for external company and filling letter from external
-                  Make Allocation employee
-                  Collect data clinic permit
-                  Arrange Industrial visit from others
-                  Administration clerk

Authority                    : -         Give advises / considerations related to development of own task
