Responsibilities : 
  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share
  • To prepare visit planning, to manage the time consume while visiting the customers, 
  • To build on customer / applications data based for customer references, 
  • To provide relevant information and reports
  • To actively promote VVD, Twido and Zelio at consultant, OEM, and end user (seminar,training,product presentation, etc. 
  • To facilitate OEM and end user with try and buy program. 
  • To support and assist HT Distributors (product knowledge, product application,etc ) 
  • To prepare presentation & training material
  • To identify the potential customers and opportunities (analyze tenders/inquiry-price, del time,competition,problems,etc )
  • To coordinate with other teams and HT Distributors ( price,delivery time,etc )
  • To generate offers and secure the orders
  • To follow up orders from customers to distributors
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customer (brickwalling)

  • Analyze margin by Business Unit (Product and Project)
  • Prepare forecast file by Business Unit
  • Working closely with Business Unit team to monitor and control actual performance compare to target set and last year performance
  • Analyze monthly P & L by Business Unit
  • Analyze delta price by Business Unit
  • Provide information for periodical Management report by Business Unit
  • Monitor Key Internal Control implementation for Commercial Controlling scope
  • Prepare and follow up non monthly corporate report (prior)
  • In charge for all material standard price, including the transfer price, incorporation price, CCV, standard freight and duty, purchase price variance, 
  • Setting the Internal Group (IG) selling price, setting the plan activity price, setting the plan TC IG man hour rate and measure the efficiency of Industrial Operation and set the mark up coefficient to Commercial.
  • Analyze the most accuracy approach in terms of the cost allocation to each operation activity.
