QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT


Position                       :     PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE (QAP ) SUPERVISOR



Report To                  :     QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER


Qualification              :
                                      -  Male/Female.
-      Age below 27 year old when start to joint.
-      Education background at least S1 in Technical field for new employee, or
-      At least already been Outgoing Product QA Technical or Leader for 3 (three) years and demonstrated excellent job performance.
-      Good knowledge in English and Computer

Functions                   :     To supervise and control QAP Technicians , QAP Leading Operators and QAP Operators to ensure quality and quantity work done.

Scope                          :     Outgoing Product Quality Control and Assurance.

Responsibility            : -   Organize and advise on Process or Quality Improvement to make  job simpler, faster and better for QAP Technicians, QAP Leading Operators and QAP Operators.
-      Evaluations of sub-ordinates performances.
-      Ensure proper flow of all NRS, QCI, MS, DIRS, ISQS and other documents.
-      Confirmation and verification of Limit Sample for products.
-      Verification of all PQC, WGS, PIS and other QA documents.
-      Daily Briefing.
-      Identify aspect, impact and emergency risk of activities in QA department.

-      Approval of Outgoing Product QA Checklist.
-      Approval of daily dummy confirmation checklist in QAP section.
-      Approval of stamp control record.

-      Approval of sub-ordinates overtime sheets.
-          Approval of PIR result document copy for customer requested.
-          Checking and comment of MS, QCI, DIRS, ISQS and other documents.
-          Checking of Product QA Monthly Record and Graphs.
-          Checking of PIS, PQC, and WGS for Products.
-          Checking of Monthly NRS record.
-          Checking of Limit Sample for products.
-          Checking of Analysis Study report for improvement on QAP section.
-          Checking of Product Specification, SWGS ( Special Work Guidance Sheet ), DMIS ( Design Modification Information Sheet ) and other related documents concerning to the QAP section.
-          Checking of Inspection and measuring equipment performance.
-          Checking of WGS ( Work Guidance Sheet ) for new equipment and system in Outgoing Product QA section.
-          Checking of design jigs and inspection machines for QA department.
-          Issuing of common goods or technical goods requisition sheets that been used for QAP section purpose.
-          Checking of sub-ordinates daily absenteeism and overtime record.
-          Issuing of procedure and procedures revision that concern to QAP section.
-          Employment proposal and decision for employee below Supervisor level.
